Mission
Brian grew up, went to college, worked a few years in FL, then a couple of years in SC, and then went to NYC for 15 years for grad school and work. While people talk and act differently in different parts of the country, everyone universally wants ... a better life for themselves and their families.

Brian's Why
I could give you the same generic, boilerplate mission statement most firms use:
My why/mission is to help you find a comforting level of security, peace, and protection in considering cost segregation. We inform clients with thought, care, and respect.
However, my WHY is my sister, niece, and nephew. Without getting into the details, my brother-in-law passed away this summer. My 14-year-old niece was heading into high school, and my 12-year-old nephew, who plays lacrosse, was heading into 7th grade. Instead of just making a bigger effort to "call more," I decided to move back to FL to be there for my sister, helping with the logistics of two kids at two different schools.
This being my WHY, I hope and strive to fulfill my why to clients by:
